The Tent Event 2007
This was the first time I saw Ken. At the time I did not really know who he was, and so I was unable to appreciate his
awesomeness. I was lucky enough to perform that night. It was indeed a great priviledge, and I got to see Ken's work close
up. I treasure this memory in my heart, as I am not sure I will ever have such a close encounter again. Ken Lodge actually
setting up for MY performance. I say it with pride.
November 9th 2007
On November 9th 2007 (which also happened to be the week of my birthday) I went to my first ever tbwnn concert,
and I saw Ken (what a birthday treat!). As I was involved in the running of this concert, I was there beforehand and I was
priviledged to see Ken at work. I also spent a little while with him backstage afterwards (although we didn't really talk
as he was busy packing up). We then gave Leon and J a lift to the Chinese take away, where I said goodbye to Ken, and that
was the last time I talked to him. However, I feel very very priviledged to have spent this time with him, and he is an inspiration
to us all.
On this date, Tina and Kylie (former dancers for thebandwithnoname) trashed the staff room, while Ken stood on and watched
helplessly. You can see the evidence here: http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=8310532596&ref=share (Ken is the guy in the background although you can't see him properly). This was also moments before myself, Mel and
my dad walked in and started the search for the-missing-handbag-that-wasn't-really-missing-but-we-didn't-know-that-and-it-was-a-good-excuse-to-go-through-the-bands-extremey-sweaty-and-smelly-stuff.
On this date, I also acquired some original Ken Lodge gaffer tape and track list, which I still have, and keep as a memory
of this glorious day. It is stuck upon my bedroom wall, so I may gaze upon it whenever I wish.

Greenbelt 2008
If anybody was at the tbwnn concerts on the Friday and Saturday of Greenbelt this summer, you may well have heard us cheering
on Ken as he set up for the band's performances. From observation, I'd say this man is an expert at setting up microphone
stands, whch may not seem like a hard task, until you discover that tbc enjoy knocking them into their
audience of 8 year olds, thus making Ken's job twice as hard. (Yes we do know about that.) However, after the New Wine incident,
Ken's job has been made easier, as he no longer has to put up microphone stands for tbc (they are banned from using them.)
Quobfest July 19th 2009
On Sunday July 19th 2009, myself and my friend Paul headed down to Quobfest, Southampton to check out rumours of a new
techie (and to see tbc, of course). Well, there definitely was a new techie, and we got some nice photographic evidence too
(see below: Georgia Pennells - their manager''s daughter, Ian, and Meg from tbc). The same day, we also texted Rachel (from
tbc) and ended up in hiding from her and the rest of the band and crew, who were on a mission to discover who it could be
who had her phone number, but that's a whole other story... so whilst we might not have had the best first meeting with the
new techie, we think he's pretty decent and we look forward to seeing him again.

There is now a possibility that he may be coming to our college (and maybeee my house) in December of this year. Watch
this space people, and check the dates of the 4 points tour.
